Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated August 5, 2026

1. Terms

By accessing id.eaca.com, eaca.com, forum.eaca.com and any other web site we publish under the eaca.com domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. EACA ID accounts

EACA ID is a single sign-on service. It lets you sign in to EACA applications and, when you authorise it, shares your identity with those applications.

EACA ID does not use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to an email address or phone number you have verified, or with a passkey stored on your device. You are responsible for the addresses and numbers registered to your EACA ID and for anyone who can access them.

One-time codes grant access to your account. Do not share them. EACA will never ask you for a code. You must keep at least one verified sign-in method on your account so that you can regain access; the service will prevent you from removing your last one.

You may not create an EACA ID using an email address or phone number you do not control, or use the service to impersonate another person or organisation.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association's web site;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our prior written permission;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

4. Suspension and termination of accounts

The Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association may suspend or terminate access to an EACA ID where it reasonably believes the service is being misused, where an account has been compromised, or where required by law. Where practical we will tell you, but we may act first to protect accounts.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association's web site are provided "as is". The Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Delivery of one-time codes depends on third-party email, SMS and telephone networks outside our control. We do not warrant that codes will be delivered without delay.

6. Limitations

In no event shall the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association's web site, even if the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current, and may make changes at any time without notice. It does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Links

The Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

9. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Where a change materially affects your EACA ID, we will notify you through the service or by email to your contact address.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Exhibit Appointed Contractor Association's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
